Mission Capital provides workshops to nonprofit leaders, staff, and organizations looking to invest in their development and growth.
Our offerings range from the personal to the collective. Whether you’re an individual wanting to advance your leadership skills or a team looking to establish equitable policies and procedures, we can support you. Each workshop includes the opportunity to build relationships with other social sector leaders, practice applicable solutions in real-time, and engage in discussions and facilitation.

Our workshops are offered in three modalities:
In-Person: Great for teams and those who prefer face-to-face learning.
Virtual: Take these from anywhere, all you need is a steady internet connection.
Flex: Perfect for self-paced learners: start with a kickoff session, move through a period of self-learning, and wrap up with a group discussion.
AUSTIN’S COMPOUNDING STRUCTURAL RACISM LEARNING SESSION

BOARD ESSENTIALS
This dynamic workshop is designed for nonprofit board members ready to make a difference. You'll discover essential skills and insights that equip you to lead with confidence and clarity. Through self-paced learning and collaborative discussions, you'll build strong connections with fellow board members while preparing to tackle the challenges ahead.
If you are new to board service or exploring the subject, this is for you. If you have prior board experience, we recommend our Boards that Thrive: Beyond Essentials workshop.

WETHRIVE
WeThrive is a small cohort of eight participants for BIPOC nonprofit Executive Directors/CEOs. Join us to share your story. Grow and collaborate with your peers, as you create community to change the world together.
Time Commitment: four 2-hour sessions
Ticket:
$50 for organizations with an annual budget under $750K
$150 for organizations with an annual budget between $750K and $2M
$250 for organizations with an annual budget over $2M
