For over 20 years, Mission Capital has been a cornerstone in supporting Central Texas nonprofits. Our commitment to fostering progress, community, and sustainability led us to undertake a significant initiative in late 2022. Driven by our Board of Directors and sparked by a leadership transition, we aimed to deeply understand and enhance our value to the Central Texas social sector.

Through extensive conversations with our staff, we moved beyond traditional information-gathering methods to create a more inclusive and collaborative effort. This survey identifies gaps in capacity, learning, and programming, offering insights on how Mission Capital and other local organizations can better support each other.

Our goal is to strengthen our collective impact, foster creative problem-solving, and increase resources and capacity within the sector. By understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by our community, we aspire to build stronger connections and convene meaningful conversations that benefit all.
