Senior Consultant - Consulting, Leadership & Learning

Sunjit Khamba (MBA, B.Eng) is a Senior Consultant with the Consulting, Learning, and Leadership team and brings 8 years of experience co-designing and co-creating organization-wide strategies with communities of color. He pairs his extensive background in human-centered design with principles of JEDDI ( justice, fairness, diversity, decolonization, and inclusion) to develop community-informed strategies for mainly public sector clients.

Sunjit has a great deal of experience leading work sessions with diverse stakeholder groups; with a particular emphasis on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) groups. As a person of color himself, Sunjit is very in tune with the facilitation techniques required to ensure full, equitable, and brave participation from such diverse groups.
