Robin is an experienced talent development and human resources professional with a background in leadership development and employee training.

Previously, Robin owned and operated RLL Consulting, a talent development and management consulting firm. She also served as Senior Director of Talent and Development at Goodwill Central Texas. Robin holds a BFA from The University of Texas and an MFA from Florida State University. She utilizes her theater arts background to facilitate interactive trainings, focusing on learning through “play.” Robin is TTI Success Insights12 Driving Forces®, DISC, and Emotional Quotient certified. She uses these certifications to develop opportunities for professional development and personal growth.

Robin resides in Cedar Park, Texas where her son and daughter-in-law allow her to be the best playmate to their amazing son, Jax. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art by up-cycling glass and plastic.
