Marketing & Communications Senior Manager

Emma comes to Mission Capital as a seasoned marketing, branding, and graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. As the Sr. Marketing Manager for Mission Capital, Emma solely supports all communications, marketing initiatives, web design, social media, and email marketing for our departments.

Prior to Mission Capital, Emma worked with a large international corporation leading marketing and branding strategies for a K to 12 Food Services account with 31 locations. She has also worked in the education, fashion, and convention and trade show industries in her native Mexico. Her passion is continuously learning strategies to make marketing and branding more inclusive. Lately, she’s dabbled in the responsible use of AI to intentionally support equity-focused goals.

Outside of Mission Capital, Emma can be found around Austin enjoying a live show and discovering new restaurants, or at home binging her latest favorite TV show.
