Mission Capital’s membership community includes organizations across the social impact spectrum in Central Texas. This month, we’re wrapping up our winter membership drive. This is a great time to join (or rejoin) take advantage of Mission Capital’s extensive online resources and professional development trainings for your staff and board.
2022 Membership Highlights
Last fall, Mission Capital refreshed our popular Jobs Board. Now managed through Hirings Opps, MC Members can post positions and manage recruitment processes easily online. While anyone can review and apply for jobs via our Jobs Board, Mission Capital members have exclusive access to post jobs.
We also released refreshed online resources, including Salary Data reports and HR, Financial, and Board Toolkits. Easily browse resources, find sample policies, and stay ahead of the curve with new tools to enhance your operations. And stay tuned – new resources are rolling out online throughout the year.
All members have unlimited access to Mission Capital’s most popular trainings – Board Essentials (a must-do for all new board members), Austin’s Compounding Structural Racism (a must-do for all nonprofit staff), and WeThrive: Storytelling (a unique space for BIPOC leaders to build community). Try building these courses into your staff onboarding plan or annual professional development plans.
