Founded in 1990, we provide affordable, attractive homes and free on-site support services for thousands of families, veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. We offer an innovative, proven model that empowers our residents and neighbors to achieve educational success, financial stability, and healthier lifestyles. We own and operate 23 communities all over Austin and in North Texas.
Foundation Communities (FC) owns and operates two Prosper Centers in Austin, Texas. At each site, community members can access free tax help, health insurance enrollment, college support services, and financial wellness programs. We are looking for a part-time Client Support Specialist to work weekday evenings and Saturdays at our Prosper Centers. The person in this role will work at the front desk to ensure that every client who calls or walks in to the Prosper Centers is able to access our programs easily. This person will also support staff and volunteers who work in the building to ensure operations run smoothly. The ideal candidates will be customer-service oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
