FAQs

  • We will send out a confirmation email to the address provided during registration. The email will include everything you need to begin accessing your benefits.

Organizations enrolling between June 12 and July 31, 2023, will have access to our current set of member benefits. New benefits will kick off on August 1, 2023, and end July 31, 2024.

Depending on your organization’s preference, you may receive a separate email from Hiring Opps to access our Jobs Board with unique login information. This is the one feature of membership that most organizations will limit to just a few users.

  • We highly recommend that you upload your team roster (first name, last name, and email) during your registration process. Individuals on that list will receive an email to opt into membership benefits.

Other ways to include team in Mission Capital benefits:

    • Ask your staff to email us at membership(at)missioncapital.org and we will add them to benefits individually.

    • Send an email to your staff, explaining benefits available to them

    • Forward emails from Mission Capital to your entire staff

  • The events included in membership consist of 3 virtual training courses and 3 asynchronous training courses. The virtual courses are offered only once per term and will then be moved to the asynchronous training section of Teachable. These are intro versions of our paid trainings and workshops that focus on an emerging need in our sector.

Paid professional development includes trainings and workshops open to the general public. After you join or renew membership, your organization will receive a promo code that you can use to register for those opportunities at our deeply discounted member rate.
